Free Shipping
ROVENEST offers free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden fees. Your shipping cost will always be $0.00 at checkout. This free shipping applies to every product in our catalog, from our latest arrivals to clearance items. We believe that delivery should never be an extra burden on our valued customers.
Order Processing & Handling Time
Once you place an order, our team begins preparing it for shipment. All orders are subject to a handling period of 0 to 2 business days. Handling time begins after your order is placed and payment is fully verified. Orders placed before the daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will typically be processed and handed to the carrier on the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin handling on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please note that handling time may be slightly extended during promotional periods or high-volume seasons, but we always strive to keep it within the stated range.
Transit Time
After your order leaves our facility, the carrier will deliver it within an estimated 2 to 5 business days. Transit time is calculated from the date the carrier scans the package into their network. Delivery to remote or rural areas may take an additional 1–2 business days. ROVENEST uses reputable carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery. We provide a tracking number for every order so you can monitor your package’s progress from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Delivery Address & Shipping Confirmation
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. ROVENEST is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and estimated delivery date. If you do not receive this email within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us immediately.
Shipping Restrictions
Free shipping applies only to the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. If you require delivery to a location outside of our standard shipping area, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
ROVENEST takes great care in packaging every order. In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
